1jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1jl.club ("1jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1jl platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 1jl website at 1jl.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. If 1jl determines at any time that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended or closed immediately.

To access the full range of 1jl Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

• You must notify 1jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 1jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

1jl reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time 1jl deems necessary for compliance or security purposes.

1jl supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 1jl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 1jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• 1jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

1jl reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

1jl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: 1jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 1jl staff members.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

1jl employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Any funds identified as being connected to prohibited conduct will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.

All content on the 1jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 1jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 1jl platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 1jl content.
• Use any 1jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 1jl platform.

Any unauthorized use of 1jl intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the 1jl platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 1jl's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

1jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1jl is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required for compliance purposes.

• 1jl suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1jl support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

1jl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels after exhausting 1jl's internal dispute resolution process.

1jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 1jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
